Armour Excavating LLC Partners with King’s Ransom Foundation to Create the “Clean-Up & Rebuild Fund for Kerr County”
Navidar | July 30, 2025
Austin, TX – As some of the Navidar clients and friends already know, my family also owns and operates a business named Armour Excavating LLC based in Kerr County, ground zero of the July 4th floods in Texas. We are so grateful for your outpouring of support and for the frontline relief efforts that some of you volunteered for in the early days of the devasting aftermath. We have been asked so many times, “how can I help”, and today we are excited to share a very unique partnership to accelerate relief for the families and businesses impacted by this devasting flood.
Today, Armour Excavating LLC (“Armour”) and King’s Ransom Foundation (“KRF”) charity, both of Kerr County TX, announce a unique partnership to bring immediate relief to the homeowners and small businesses affected by the July 4th flood in Kerr County. The mission of this partnership is to deploy tax deductible donations to King’s Ransom directly to the front line by using Armour Excavating to organize and perform the clean-up and repairs for homes and small businesses. Kerr County has been blessed with an overwhelming number of volunteers, supplies, and donations for which we are very grateful. However, the challenge now is finding an organizational means to get the donations disbursed quickly (without red tape) and directly invested in the clean-up and rebuilding effort. This partnership allows donors to have confidence that their donation will quickly get to the frontline of those in need.
The mission of this partnership is to quickly and directly deploy tax-deductible donations to those affected by the flood, as our affected neighbors begin the daunting physical work of cleaning up and rebuilding. For residents and small businesses impacted by the flood, Armour is providing and/or managing the necessary equipment for debris removal, clearing, hauling, demolition or other work, as needed. Armour plans to involve other locally-owned, Kerr County based excavators and contractors (such as plumbing, electric, construction) to assist with these projects.
An overview of how the partnership works.
Donors. Businesses, individuals, or other foundations can make tax deductible donations online directly to KRF at the link below. If you have already donated to another charity or foundation, they are eligible to transfer your donation to KRF. If you wish to use ACH or wire transfers, then please contact Andrew Williams directly at [email protected].

Funding. Armour will prepare a quote and detailed scope for each project. Upon completion of the project, KRF will disburse the donation amount directly to Armour. Armour will be responsible for managing and compensating any subcontractors utilized.
Oversight Committee. To ensure that there is no fraud or misappropriation of funds, a three-person committee will review quotes and ensure that all work was completed in a professional manner. Andrew Williams, Finance Administrator, King’s Ransom Foundation, will be a member of this committee and will appoint two other volunteer members to this committee. Please do not attempt to ask for fraudulent claims as we are maintaining a list of names of those who attempt to do so. Armour reserves the right to refuse work on any project.
